James Striker of Zero Section is Robert Donaldson's right-hand man. Striker also commands a team of his own hit-men and holds the military rank of Major. He was responsible for ordering the deaths of Scott and Katharine Smith at the hands of Andrew Ridd and Patterson on the Lake Michigan Overpass in March 1999.
