Thomas Bizzi Jordan, more often called by just his nickname Tommy, is the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (A-SAC) of the Chicago FBI Field Office, and the immediate superior and friend of Special Agent Art Jeffries. In June 1998, Tommy risked his career to aid in proving Art innocent and helping to save Simon Lynch from Lt. Colonel Nicholas Kudrow of the NSA's Division department. Tommy personally led the FBI SWAT team that raided the IBM Building's GEX Skydeck and killed Peter Burrell on June 12. Several hours prior to the incident at the IBM Building, Tommy was questioned by he and Art's boss, SAC Joe Lomax about a series of witness protection documents sent to the US Attorney's office under false pretenses - documents that Art had requested Tommy send to obtain protection for Simon. On February 7, 1999, Tommy reluctantly directed a SWAT team under command of Mannon James to enter 2552 J Street and protect Simon Lynch from a strike team sent by Colonel Robert Donaldson of the NSA's Zero Section department.
